We offer refunds under the following conditions: • Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase for self-paced courses • Refund requests made before the first live session for instructor-led courses • Technical issues that prevent access to course content • Course cancellation by SureSuccess Academy Refunds are not available for: • Completed courses or programs • Courses accessed beyond the refund period • Promotional or discounted purchases unless specified

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of SureSuccess Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the rights of others • Share or distribute course content without authorization • Use the Services for any unauthorized commercial purposes • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureSuccess Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
