Rakesh Lenka
Intro
Rakesh Lenka is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He also holds a master’s degree in computer application. Rakesh has more than 16 years of experience in IT industry in various domains such as healthcare, cyber security, energy automation etc. He brings in strong lean agile leadership experience with him, by helping multiple enterprises transforming into Agile and SAFe.
IT Experience and Achievements:
He has very rich experience in all the key areas of enterprise by working in various roles such as developer, architect, scrum master, product manager, dev manager, RTE and program manager. He has a very rich experience in Agile Methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), XP practices, Test Automation, DevOps and Stakeholder Management. He leverages these experiences in the trainings gets delivered by him, so, the trained professionals gets a complete package of theoretical and practical knowledge.
Achievement in Training and Consultation
Rakesh has been conducted SAFE agilist, SAFe scrum master, SAFe advanced scrum master, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe for teams, PMP and PMI-ACP trainings. Rakesh has delivered SAFe and PMI related trainings globally to more than 1000 professionals with an average feedback of 9.6 in a scale of 10 and pass rate of 100 % . He led the launch of more than 30 agile release trains in various organizations

Rakesh is currently working with a US based MNC to transform into SAFe.
