What is Agile HR Explorer Training ?
The “Agile HR Explorer” certificate course is designed by HR professionals for HR professionals who are interested in Lean-Agile. Participants from HR Center of Excellence (HR CoE) can massively benefit from this training. During the one-day course, attendees will explore the new world of work and HR and learn how and why Agile is instrumental in creating more stable, responsive, and successful organizations. The course content is presented in a clear and concise manner, making it easy to build the foundational knowledge to HR agility.

The “Agile HR Explorer” certificate course is a one-day program tailored specifically for HR professionals who have a keen interest in Lean-Agile methodologies. This course offers attendees an opportunity to delve into the dynamic realm of the modern workplace and its intersection with HR practices.

Yes, Links to the exam by Just Leading Solutions (JLS) will be available in your Agile HR Explorer Learning Plan in the SAFe Community Platform. The link to the certification exam will take the learner to the JLS website where they can take the exam and earn their certification. Class attendance is required to gain access to the Learning Plan and exam within.
Yes, a digital badge and certification are provided by Just Leading Solutions (JLS) after the learner passes the JLS exam.
You have consecutive sixty (60) minutes to complete the online exam. Once you begin, the timer cannot be paused.
The Agile HR Explorer exam has 24 questions.
We use a mix of ‘True/False’, ‘Multiple Choice’, and ‘Multiple Response’ questions.
The passing score for the Agile HR Explorer exam is set at 75% (18 out of 24 questions).
You will receive your “passed” or “fail” results within three (3) business days upon completion of the exam.

The exam must be taken within 30 days after completing your class.
The initial exam and 1 retake are included in the course fee. However, extending the exam period and/or retaking the exam may be subject to additional fees.
Each retake costs US$ 50 and extends your time by four (4) weeks. You may purchase as many retakes as you need. You don’t have to wait a “blackout period” to purchase a retake but do keep in mind that it does take up to one business day for the retake to be activated in the system.
