Refund and Returns Policy

Refund & Returns Policy:

SureSuccess reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc).

In case SureSuccess cancels an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund raise request is within 7 days of purchase of course. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded. In case SureSuccess cancels/postpones an event, the participants who are ahead 1 day of purchase, of course, will be rescheduled to any upcoming batch without any extra charges.

If a candidate wishes to cancel the enrolment in any of the programs, they can apply for cancellation, and they will get the complete refund in 7 working days. You are only eligible for the refund policy if you apply for cancellation 72 Hours Prior to the program.

Cancellation requests till 72 hours prior to the start of the program will be considered. No refunds will be given after that. No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend both days of the course.

Exchanges :

If in case you decide to change the training to another one which you have enrolled for, you have to inform us at least 3 working days prior to the training starts. We would help you to exchange this with the training as per your choice. The training schedule of the exchanged trainings would be shared with you within 1 week of notification for the exchange from your side.
